Introduction
Welly is a healthy food delivery app built to make eating well effortless. It combines curated restaurants, weight management-friendly meals, and trusted supplements in one place, with single orders for flexibility or weekly subscriptions for routine. I designed it end-to-end: brand, design system, and 40+ screens.
The Problem
Most delivery apps optimize for speed, not health. People who want to eat better hit three frictions: decision fatigue with no health filter, few genuinely healthy options, and no nutritional guidance when choosing a meal.
The Solution
Curated supply: 10 to 15 vetted healthy restaurants plus a trusted supplement partner.
Goal based personalization: a survey captures fitness goal and diet preference to tailor recommendations.
Nutrition up front: calories, macros, and ingredients on every meal.
Two ways to order: single meals or weekly subscriptions with scheduled delivery.
Scalable design system: a tokenized Figma library keeping 40+ screens consistent.
Results
